In previous article we were in the initiation phase where we discussed about Project charter and Stakeholder identification. Now we are moving to Planning phase of Project life cycle. As Saying goes “Failure to Plan is planning to Failure”. In this we plan for the planning of project.
Collect requirement phase is part of Scope Management Knowledge area as per PMI PMBOK 5 guide. This is the process to know & document the clear understanding needs of stakeholders whole project success is directly influenced by how much care we have taken in capturing & managing requirement. It’s about managing customer expectation. Through requirement we can determine the end deliver of the project & how to address specific requirements of client.

Welcome all. This is the second in the series of project management workshop that we are conducting in Neturja Office here at Nahan. In the previous workshop we had introduction on Project Management where we talked about what is project, what we understand by project management and role of project manager. We also discussed in details the first process of Project Life cycle phase in Initiation process group – Project Charter.

If you are new the Project Management then be aware there are some new technical terms that you will read. But don’t worry I’ll try my best to explain them.

In layman term a project is work that has a specific begin and end date. So dates are important in project specially the end date, i.e. when is that work going to finish.

1.Create a new document, fill the background layer with black, use the Lasso Tool with a 40px feather setting, draw a selection of the lake portion form lake image.
Copy and paste the selection three times and move right and left with all having opacity if 60%. again on center make duplicate of layer and give opacity 100%.
Give some curves and levels layer to give lighting effect.

Tracking Google AdWords Conversion with Contact Form 7
Contact form 7 is one of the most used WordPress plugins to create interactive forms in WordPress sites. The main problem faced with Google Adwords conversion tracking is that it is unable to read ajax events that contact form 7 and most plugins use.
